Next Reunion - April 1-3, 2011
With the success of this year's reunion such as it was, the recent email poll revealed an overwhelming interest to have the next reunion in Beeville as well. To that end we've set a tentative date of April 1-3, 2011, Beeville, TX.

 As we will need a minimum number of attendees (sailors + wives/girlfriends) signed up (50) before for the reunion can become reality, it's important for you to let me know at your earliest convenience if you plan to attend. Email me at mwebb@naschasefield.com and let me know. Once we achieve a minimum number of "shown interest," we'll start accepting registrations for the reunion. Again though, it will only be after we receive a minimum number of registrations that the reunion will become reality.

Reunion Itinerary
While specifics are still in the making at this writing, in all probability, the itinerary will follow closely the reunion held earlier this year. On Friday will be arrival and check in at your accommodations. There will be a "Welcome Back" party held from 1:00 -10:00pm, held at the hosting motel. On Saturday morning there will be a tour of the base along with an optional tour of the Sikorsky Helicopter repair facilities, followed by a Cocktail Reception and dinner at around 4 pm. Let me know if you'd like to have an old fashioned BBQ, like we did at the last reunion or, would you rather have a sit down, served dinner.

Reunion Cost
The cost to attend the reunion held earlier this year ran $84.00 per person which included a wide variety of snacks along with all beverages, sodas, beer & wine at the Friday "Welcome Back" party. It also included the bus tour of the base, a reception gathering, which also included all beverages and dinner on Saturday. With the next reunion being 2 years apart from the previous one, there's the possibility there may be a nominal increase in the cost to attend the 2011 reunion. Once we're able to finalize the reunions activities we'll be able to better pin down the exact cost. We'll keep those interested appraised.
